Cromwell Library is very happy to be associated with the international StoryWalk initiative, which securely displays pages of a children's book along a walkway. there are at least 11 StoryWalks in New Zealand and they help encourage time in the outdoors while building literacy for our youngsters.
The current story, Shrek the Sheep by local author Pam Chapman, has been enjoyed by many but it's time to change to another much-loved picture book. This should happen on June 22, 2023, weather permitting, but (shhh), the book is going to be a surprise!
Hurry down to the Andersons Park Playground, where you'll find the start of the walk, and enjoy this last chance to take a walk with Shrek the Sheep!
