Britannica Library

Britannica Library is an online and interactive version of Encyclopædia Britannica. 

Developed specifically for libraries, Britannica Library provides you with access to three sites in one, with age appropriate material from the child-friendly collection through to the adult general reference collection. Now students of all ages can easily conduct research, complete homework assignments and work on special projects.

Research sources include three databases, thousands of curated articles and magazines, images, videos, audio clips, primary sources, maps, research tools and recommended websites, along with a pop-up Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary and Thesaurus.

Content is updated daily with at least 1,200 new and revised articles and media per month!

Once you're logged in, set yourself up with a personal My Content account. Here, you are able to view your favourited content and organise them into Resource Packs. The notes section lets you
take down simple points and ideas making Resource Packs a great tool for digital research!
