Is this service available at all libraries?
This service is offered at Alexandra, Cromwell, Maniototo and Roxburgh Libraries
How long can I have the items?
Items are issued for three weeks.
Can I borrow DVDs?
Not at this time.
Can I pick up my holds when I collect my Click and Collect items?
We will check our holds shelf on the day of collection.
Please ring if you have received notification that a hold is available for you.
Can I choose my own books?
Not at this time. Please use the holds system if you wish to select your own books.
Can I ask for my books to be changed if I don’t like the selection?
No, we cannot reselect at the time of collection, but you can reorder and give us more information to help us choose better next time.
Can someone else collect items for me?
Yes, as long as they have your membership number. Please let us know if this is the case.
What happens if I can’t collect my items at the agreed time?
Please ring to arrange a new time for collection
Is there a charge for this service?
This is a free service
How quickly will I get my items?
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for us to select your items
