Children's Young Fiction

Children's Fiction

Timmy the Ticked off Pony by Magda Szubanski

This funny children’s fiction book is written by Aussie comedian Magda Szubanski. If you have a reluctant reader, or a child who enjoys listening to stories this book is also available to borrow as an audio book (and narrated by the author, which adds another layer of awesome-ness to it!). It is one of many children’s books available to listen to via our library apps Libby and Borrow Box. And another wee plug for audio books is they are great for kids with learning differences e.g. dyslexia or ADHD (as audio books provide same exposure to language and stories with out the need to sit and read).
