Queenstown Seed Library

🌱 The Queenstown Seed Library has germinated! 🌱

Queenstown Library now has its very own permanent seed library. Members can borrow seeds, grow them on and then return them back to the library.

We are encouraging the local community to raid their sheds, gather from their plants and support this sustainable, local food initiative. Seed Libraries are a great way to create food resilience and grow from seed stock that is adapted to the local environment.

Seeds can be dropped into any library in the district.
Just label your seed packet with the seed name, variety and year grown if you know it - the more info the better for those looking for quality and diverse seeds!
