The benefits of meditation are becoming widely known, both physical and psychological, from reduced blood pressure and cortisol production to an increase in neuroplasticity and a boosted immune system - the perfect activity to calm and restore. Each session will have a different theme and is suitable for all ages, levels and abilities.
So come along, embark on a guided journey, and walk away feeling refreshed, renewed and inspired.
There will be some couches, blankets and bean bags available for your comfort however please feel free to bring your own blankets and rugs to reach maximum comfort levels!
These sessions will be held in the Young Adults area, begin at 3pm and go for approximately 40 minutes.
