Introducing Click and Collect – Central Otago Libraries
We are happy to offer a contactless click and collect service for patrons who are unable to use the physical library space, for any reason.
The service is called Central Otago Click and Collect – and is available through Alexandra, Cromwell, Maniototo and Roxburgh Libraries - Click and Collect
We will select 10 items for you – you are welcome to state your preference for authors or styles when ordering.
Reserving items
We recommend you continue to place holds (reserves) on any items you wish to check out. There is no charge for this service.
When putting your items together, we will include any holds that have come in for you.
Collecting your items
Your items will be ready for collection at the time you have requested. We will have them near the entry. Please allow 48 hours for your items to be selected.
Please wear your mask, maintain at least 1 metre distance and give your name and/or membership number to the staff member at the door. They will place your bag on the table for you to collect.

Renewing and Returning your items
You can, in most cases, renew your items by using the library app, via the website, or by calling one of the numbers above.
Please return the items through the after-hours slot, or in the returns bin located near the entrance. You can return the items to any branch at any time.
