Foodie Book Group is back and we are chatting about plant-based cooking with Olivia Faid from Balance Me.  Plant-based cooking focuses on foods such as; nuts, seeds, fruits & vegetables, oils, wholegrains, legumes and beans.   Olivia has created a holistic health care service that includes a weekly meal delivery service, private or group cooking lessons and tools to help you build your inner health tool box.
