Spring Seed Swap

Our seed libraries are sprouting!

Bring in your surplus seeds to Wanaka, Hawea and Queenstown libraries throughout Spring and swap them for different ones for your summer garden.

 

 

 

 Mental Health Week

We're getting involved with Mental Health Awareness Week by leaving surprise gifts around each town, so be mindful as you wander about - you never know what treasures you might find! Look out too for special library displays of books and other resources promoting well-being, enjoying nature and being active as well as free mindful art sessions.

Musical Storytelling Fun

Wanaka and Queenstown Libraries are very excited to be hosting Tanya Batt and Peter Forster for some high energy, musical storytelling.

Bring the kids along to these highly interactive action-packed shows.

Hell Reading Challenge

Hell Reading Challenge registration is open for 2018!

Pop in to Queenstown or Arrowtown libraries with the kids to sign up, and get reading to enjoy your free pizza.
